1. WHAT’S THE NORMAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
Upon receipt of your order, we will patiently stew the bird’s nest. You will receive your delicious Master Wong bird’s nest the next day within the range of stipulated time you have suggested! If no time is suggested, the bird's nest will be delivered anytime between 9am - 6pm on the next day. Complimentary bowl and spoon with exquisite packaging will be provided.
2. ARE THE PRODUCTS SOLD WARM OR COLD?
We only sell warm bird's nest. The bird's nest will come with a box that keeps the product warm.
3. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We are using Stripe with highly updated security system for you to purchase your products. In Stripe, you can use Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Unionpay to pay for your goods. Alternatively, we also accept PayNow and AliPay online or you can choose to bank transfer to our MayBank account (bank account provided upon request). You can WhatsApp us at (+65) 8485 2418 for any assistance.
4. WHAT’S THE CURRENCY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
All pricing is based on Singapore dollars only.
5. CAN I CHANGE CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT OR REFUND?
Orders of freshly cooked bird’s nest can be cancelled within 1 hour after the payment. There will be no refunds after this timing.
6. CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUEST TO MY ORDER?
Yes. You can make a remark when you purchase online or email to us on masterwongbirdsnest@gmail.com and state your order no.
7. WHAT IS OUR OPERATING HOURS?
Our Service Hours is from Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm including public holidays.
8. WHAT IS OUR PDPA POLICY?
By submitting any personal details like names, phone number and address to us, we agree to share information on Master Wong's Bird's Nest. Master Wong will use your information in accordance to our Privacy Policy on all platforms.
